Shipping policy
ORDER VERIFICATION:
The safety and security of our customers is the highest priority of Pretty & Plushh Boutique. Therefore, we seek to create the best shopping environment against identity theft and fraud by preventing unauthorized purchases for our customers. Pretty & Plushh Boutique has created a highly sophisticated algorithm that prompts verification in the following cases but not limited to:
- The billing address on the customer’s order does not match the credit card used in the transaction.
- The shipping address provided in the order is different than the billing address.
- Orders subject verification may require supporting documentation before the order has shipped. To ensure a successful transaction, please note if your CVV, Zip Code, Expiration Date and or Name on the card does not all align, your order will not be processed. SHIPPING & DELAYS:
Orders are processed and received 5-10 business days sometimes sooner. Typically, customers receive their orders within 5-6 business days from the time the order is placed. Once shipped, all customers will receive a tracking number and can see any updates within 24 hours. During huge sales it can take up to 10 business days, depending on the capacity of sales. Pretty & Plushh Boutique ships worldwide 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday). We do not ship on holidays. Orders placed Saturday- Sunday will not begin processing until Monday.
All orders are subject to order verification and security checks.
Orders will be verified before shipping. Orders where the billing addresses are different from the shipping address may be interrogated to security checks in which can delay your order. With Pay Pal we recommend customers ship to address that is confirmed on Pay Pal account. We are asking that you please use the same billing address for your shipping address. Paypal is the best and safest way to use a different shipping address from your billing address. Pretty & Plushh Boutique is not in any circumstances liable for shipping delays due to increment weather, natural disasters, holidays or carrier delays, order verification or incorrect shipping addresses. Your order will be shipped to the address as entered on our website once verified.
Providing an incorrect shipping address is one of the top causes of shipping delays. When ordering, please guarantee all delivery information is complete and correct to ensure successful delivery. If an order is returned due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipment payment.
