Refund policy

Pretty & Plushh Boutique strives to give you great quality clothing and accessories for a great price. We want you to fall in love with our Pretty Picks and customer service. Due to the Coronavirus there is absolutely no returns and or exchange. If for some reason you were sent an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of date receiving your package. After we have confirmed that in fact an error has occurred, we will then ask of you to ship the product back at no cost to you. Please verify that Pretty & Plushh Boutique have confirmed the error before sending the product back.

To be eligible for an exchange of an incorrect product, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it’s original packaging.

To complete any change in order, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you entered the incorrect mailing address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fee for any returned items.

Pretty & Plushh Boutique will only replace items found to be damaged or defective upon receipt.

Any sales are final. No refunds or Exchanges.

Pretty & Plushh Boutique strives to make the best experience with our company and the customer. We process orders as soon as they come in, we CANNOT alter orders once placed. If you decide to cancel your order and it was already shipped out, we cannot fulfil this refund. Due to the nature of the products and the Coronavirus, any orders shipped out cannot be returned or exchanged!
